Klubb, the leading French manufacturer of aerial work platforms for vehicles, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its Belgian distributor, Mondia Wallonie.
With 60 years of experience in the lifting sector, Mondia Wallonnie is a historical player in the Belgian market.
The company has developed a unique know-how in terms of customer service in its various activities, namely the distribution and maintenance of Potain and Speed Cranes, as well as Klubb aerial work platforms on vehicles.
Mondia Wallonie was one of the first companies to distribute Klubb aerial work platforms in its territory. For more than 4 years, sales have continued to develop and in the face of this success Klubb and Mondia have decided to join forces in order to further accelerate their respective growth.
Klubb is thus consolidating its own distribution network, after the acquisition of its English distributor CPL in 2017.
Mondia Wallonie will benefit from the Group's investment capacities in order to develop its activity. Thierry Pirenne, current director of Mondia, and his entire team remain at the helm of the company.
"We are very happy with this transaction which will allow the two companies to capitalize on strong synergies to accelerate sales in Belgium. Mondia Wallonie was one of the first companies to believe in Klubb products and this acquisition represents the logical continuation of a solid and lasting relationship between the two companies. " underlines Julien Bourrellis, president of Klubb Group.
