Either you’re using it twice a year or twice a day, your aerial work platform needs to be inspected. This inspection phase ensures that your aerial lift is maintained in good repair and safe working order According to the IPAF, you need to keep at least one annual inspection.
If you often work at height you may examine your aerial platform every 6 months.
As a reminder, this inspection must be carried out by a competent person and in accordance with the legislation, the manufacturer and the local authorities requirements.
